Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $250 and includes an extra hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr.

- Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Catering provided by venue- Food & beverage minimum- Music must end by 1:00AM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking outside only- Venue must approve all decorations
