This beautiful, historic white clapboard home was built by Gus Boone in the late 1800’s. Situated at the foot of Cahas Mountain, the terraced private gardens feature old stone walls adorned with more than 175 English boxwoods and many flowering plants. The property is set apart by many mature trees, most notably two large magnolias. A small stream runs through the property with a gazebo perched above.
