The Resort at Portludlow Overview

Located less than two hours from Seattle on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula, The Resort At Port Ludlow is the ideal setting for an intimate destination wedding. Situated on serene Ludlow Bay, The Resort showcases the Pacific Northwest at its best, offering breathtaking water and mountain views, magical settings, award-winning dining, comfortable guest rooms, championship golf course, scenic marina, and professional staff offering personalized planning and service. You can exchange your vows in the Sun Room, aptly named as sun flows into this room from the full wall of windows. Your guests will have a perfect view of the Totem Pole located at Burner Point, the front lawn, the Olympic Mountains and the boats sailing past on their way to the Port Ludlow Marina. They may even get a glimpse of one of the many seaplanes landing in the harbor and cruising to dock at our marina. The option of an outdoor ceremony is also available. With the backdrop of the snowcapped Cascades, soaring trees, and sweeping water views The Resort At Port Ludlow is a true Washington destination wedding location. Some of the favorite ceremony sites include Burner Point lawn, Harbormaster lawn, and the Port Ludlow Golf Club. For an equally breathtaking reception, host your guests in the Marina Room. This room provides a separate area for smaller groups to dine away from the larger room and has convenient access to the outside veranda for casual, pre-meal gatherings.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $500 to $1,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 12 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a $100 per person food and beverage minimum.
