The rental fee is $2,000 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony is $500 with reception rental or $1,000 for a ceremony-only wedding. There is an additional per chair set-up fee for an outdoor ceremony. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr. Rental fee includes access to Veranda, Library, Cake Room, and Bridal Suite.
