The Bella Vista is a "save the weekend" affair as we are your venue and accommodations for 4 nights for up to 28 of your closest friends and family. Peak Season Events can accommodate up to 200 wedding guests (including lodging guests). Non-Peak Season Events accommodate up to 50 guests (including those staying here on site with you). Located only 10 minutes from downtown Steamboat Springs, this venue offers breathtaking views of Lake Catamount, the Flattop Mountains and the Yampa Valley from high up on a captivating mountaintop. The special event fee is $10,000 for peak season (June-September) accommodating up to 200 guests (including lodging guests). Off-season and ski season (except holidays is October-May) with a special event fee of $5,000 and an event can accommodate up to 50 guests (including lodging guests). Please note, an additional $18,000 lodging fee is required during peak season and $10,500 for off-peak season. This lodging fee includes a 4-night stay for up to 28 guests.Amenities And Requirements
