Hotel Palomar Phoenix Overview

Whether you're sharing your vows with 20 guests or 200, the Palomar Phoenix CityScape offers an incomparable setting. For a wonderfully intimate ceremony or rehearsal dinner, we suggest the outdoor rooftop pool deck and adjacent open-air Fresco room overlooking the city skyline and mountains as the back-drop for your big day. For larger celebrations, the Dreamcatcher Ballroom is an exquisite space for a grand experience. The indoor and outdoor event space can accommodate up to 180 for a wedding reception with a dance floor. The Chef and catering staff will work with you to create the menu of a lifetime, featuring local artisan and farm-fresh organic items whenever possible. When the champagne is gone, the bouquet has been tossed and the guests have given their toasts, everyone can retire to a beautiful guest room right here at the hotel. Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 6 hours of event time (excluding set up and clean up time) for a ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception or 5 hours of event time (excluding set up and clean up time) for a cocktail hour and reception. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony ranges from $1,500 - $5,000 (plus tax) and includes. Additional hours can be arranged for an additional fee per hour.
