Twelve Oaks Hill Country Venue Overview

You can relax knowing that your dream Hill Country wedding will be a seamless affair thanks to the expert staff at the Twelve Oaks Hill Country Venue. The day will begin in the well-appointed “Mother-in-Law” suite, a private bedroom suite where the bridal party will enjoy champagne on ice and an appetizer tray while preparing for the big day. Your guests will be seated in chairs that are covered and tied with gorgeous organza bows. You will walk down the limestone center aisle sprinkled with rose petals and say your vows inside the 1940's Gazebo, which will be fully decorated in tulle, bows, ivy garlands and sparkling lights. While the happy couple takes wedding portraits in the gorgeous Hill Country scenery, your guests will enjoy cocktail hour mingling around the outdoor marble-top oak bar. You can expect a magical dinner under the stars and your guests will delight in a delicious Hill Country BBQ or gourmet dinner. Round draped dinner tables with candle-lit centerpieces will be set under the oaks for a truly enchanting evening made even more special with heartfelt champagne toasts.

Venue Notes

There is a rental fee for the ceremony and reception, please inquire with venue for pricing. The venue allows 3-5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Please inquire with venue for ceremony only pricing and elopement packages. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $200/hr. Please note, receptions are only available March through October.
