Rooted within the cozy community of Waynesboro, VA , Fairfax Hall Dining Room and adjoining enclosed porches lie are part of a century old historical landmark within a mountainous (and valley) region of Virginia. Located 22 minutes west of Charlottesville, near Staunton, and south of Harrisonburg, this venue lists on the National Register of Historic Places and features a lovely setting to tie the knot. Constructed in 1890 as the Brandon Hotel on 5-acres of rolling hills Fairfax Hall overlooks the city and surrounding countryside for beautiful wedding day photos every direction you turn. Equipped with a spacious interior design, this venue features a flexible layout and modern decor to perfectly match your wedding day vision. Whether you are planning a grand event with all your family and friends or an intimate gathering with your closest loved ones, this venue provides ample space to comfortably accommodate small to large guest lists. The leasing fee is not based on per person but rather ranges from $1,000 for a Sunday through Thursday event, $1200 for a Friday event, to $1,525 for a Saturday and includes both the ceremony and/or reception, and access up to 13 hours on the day of your wedding. Our leasing fee includes: rental of the main dining room, 3 enclosed porches, use of an excellent catering kitchen, bridal room; set up of tables and chairs (enough seating to accommodate 210 guests and additional chairs could be rented); a hostess for the entire length of your event; and 2 parking attendants. An additional hour to midnight is allowed for clean up time, if needed. Also, additional time can be arranged at a greatly discounted leasing fee as a "day before addendum" for decorating, rehearsal, etc. with a leasing fee of $200 for a Sunday through Wednesday, $250.00 for a Thursday, $375.00 for a Friday. Our venue is exceptionally affordable... and the range that Wedding Spot comes up with is based on their figures for average expenses for caterers, deejays, etc. At our venue you are welcome to bring your own food, or make arrangements for an inexpensive menu or up to an elegant sit down dinner with a caterer of your choice... for your reception based on what your wishes and budget allows!Amenities And Requirements
