The rental fee ranges from $5,000 - $15,000 for ceremony and reception rental. Exact fee depends on number of guests, length of event, and number of areas used. Ceremony only rental (1 hour event) ranges from $2000-$3200, depending on number of guests. Refundable damage deposit, liability insurance, and public assembly permit fees not included.
