Both the Capital Ballroom and the Grand Ballroom can be rearranged into smaller Salons, so the Marriott is prepped for a wedding of any size. The largest ballroom accommodates up to 2,000 guests for your grand wedding reception in Richmond. The catering professionals guarantee every event is delightful and delicious. Relying on experience, training, tradition and old-fashioned intuition, Marriott Certified Wedding Planners can help you determine an overall vision for your wedding and help you execute each detail. That includes setting an event budget, deciding on a menu, arranging table settings, finding florists, photographers, a band and other entertainment for the big day. Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for a ceremony and reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events based on capacity. Please inquire regarding minimums. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony-only wedding is $1,000. Additional hours can be arranged. Please inquire with venue coordinator for details. Outside catering allowed for ethnic or religious needs and must by approved by venue. Please inquire for details.
