The Hotel offers the exclusivity of an entire property buyout that sleeps 90 people and a 2-3 nights stay ranges from $15,000 to $28,000 and includes 12 hours of rental time on the wedding day including set up and clean up. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. A refundable security deposit of $2,500 is required. THIS VENUE REQUIRES A FULL BUYOUT OF 18 ONE-TO-FIVE-BEDROOM LUXURY RESIDENCES AND 11 HOTEL ROOMS WHICH ACCOMMODATE 90 GUESTS FOR 2-3 NIGHTS DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR AND DAY OF THE WEEK. THE RENTAL FEES ARE: - Summer May-Oct weekday (2 night minimum) - $15,000 per night - Summer May-Oct weekend (2 night minimum) - $17,000 per night - Winter Nov-April weekday (3 night minimum) - $22,000 per night - Winter Nov-April weekend (3 night minimum) - $28,000 per nightAmenities And Requirements
