The Kelley Farm Overview

At Kelley Farm, your wedding will be a day you will treasure forever. Nestled in 200 acres of pristine farmland in Bonney Lake, the Kelley Farm provides the ideal setting for your wedding ceremony and reception. The day begins in the Bridal Cottage housed in the “Green House,” which is documented as one of the oldest homes in Bonney Lake. This cozy cottage has been completely restored to perfection and serves as a sanctuary for the bride and her attendants on this special day. Recently renovated and restored, the Corliss family has seamlessly blended the past and the present to create the perfect venue. The interior of the Barn is adorned with reclaimed barn wood siding, bold support posts, twinkle-light wrapped upper beams, custom acid washed floors, built-in radiant heat, and restrooms with gold pans sinks. Oversized artfully crafted swinging barn doors, open up onto a beautiful spacious concrete stamped patio that overlooks the pasture and farmlands below. This option invites you and up to 300 guests to enjoy the perfect setting of rustic elegant barn wedding. For a perfect outdoor ceremony, take advantage of the courtyard, which offers spectacular sweeping views of the pasture and farmland below and provides a private, secluded park-like setting perfect in which you can exchange vows.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $2,000 to $9,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 10 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $200/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required as well as Event Insurance.
