With a full-service kitchen for caterers, space to seat a large amount of guests in lush gardens under the ancient oak tree, and private quarters for the wedding party’s preparations, this venue has everything you will need. Your guests will especially love the tractor rides through the vineyards and the close proximity to numerous lodging opportunities. The rental fee is $5,900 for a ceremony and reception and includes 4.5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee. One hour of rehearsal time is included in the rental, typically held on Fridays. There is a wine minimum of 3 cases required to purchase. A day of wedding coordinator is included. Beginning 1 month prior to your wedding, she will work with you to finalize details and make sure your Big Day goes off without a hitch!Amenities And Requirements

- Alcohol must be provided by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- Beer and wine only- Beer can be brought in and guests can self serve- Beer/wine/champagne only- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 10:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No smoking- Wine minimum of 3 cases of wine is required
