Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $225 to $700 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The fee for a ceremony ranges from $500 to $1,000 with reception rental or is $1,000 for a ceremony-only wedding with no reception. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr.
