Venue Notes

2018 Rates High-Season (March, April, May, June, September, October) Saturdays: $8,000 for 5 1⁄2 event hours, plus 3 move-in hours prior to the event and 1 1⁄2 move-out hours after the event. Sundays: $6,700 for 5 1⁄2 event hours, plus 3 move-in hours prior to the event and 1 1⁄2 move-out hours after the event. Fridays: $6,700 for 5 1⁄2 event hours, plus 2 1⁄2 move-in hours prior to the event and 1 1⁄2 move-out hours after the event. Low-Season (January, February, July, August, November, December) Saturdays: $7,200 for 5 1⁄2 event hours, plus 3 move-in hours prior to the event and 1 1⁄2 move-out hours after the event. Sundays: $5,900 for 5 1⁄2 event hours, plus 3 move-in hours prior to the event and 1 1⁄2 move-out hours after the event. Fridays: $5,900 for 5 1⁄2 event hours, plus 2 1⁄2 move-in hours prior to the event and 1 1⁄2 move-out hours after the event. A refundable security deposit of $750 is required.
