Patina Farms Overview

Patina Farms offers a gorgeous pastoral setting perfect for any event. From weddings and anniversary parties to corporate events and private galas the beautiful grounds create the ideal backdrop for the perfect event. Tucked in amongst romantic vineyards and verdant woods our expansive grounds and lush gardens are heightened by the beauty and serenity of rambling Mill Creek. Set amidst 25 bucolic acres, the grounds provide a myriad of photo opportunities that encompass grassy lawns, varietal gardens filled with fragrant roses, lavender, peonies, wisteria and honeysuckle, a rustic fountain, tree swings, and lush foliage that envelops our romantically lit arbors and outbuildings along with the unparalleled ambiance of a creekside setting.

Venue Notes

The rental rate is $3,500 for up to 100 guests and includes 8 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. There is $15 fee for each additional guest. A refundable liability deposit of $500 is required as well as event insurance.

Requirements

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- All food and beverage handled by venue- BYO alcohol- Beer and wine only- Catering provided by venue- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 9:30PM- No amplified music allowed- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No smoking- Venue must approve all decorations- Wheelchair access limited
