Holualoa Inn Overview

Holualoa Inn's lush tropical landscape, adorned with exotic flowers, dazzling sunsets, and panoramic views of the Pacific ocean, is the idyllic backdrop for your dream wedding. Both an event venue and a Bed and Breakfast, Holualoa Inn is an inspired Polynesian oasis boasting six uniquely designed guestrooms in the main house and two secluded and spacious apartment-style accommodatitons mere steps from the Inn. The vibrant landscape surrounding the main house is perfect for intimate gatherings and stunning wedding photography. Our elegant open-air Malulani Pavilion is the perfect canvas for your unique wedding style. The adjoining Great Lawn, sprawling beneath the canopy of our monkey pod tree, is an ideal ceremony space, featuring a backdrop of the Kona coast and equipped with tiki torches and greenery. We accommodate both event-only reservations and private rentals of the entire estate, which includes both the Inn and event space. We partner with some of Kona's top wedding coordinators to bring your vision to life, and our accommodative event staff are on site daily to assist you.

Venue Notes

Events are priced individually based time of year, guest count, size, and scope. Pre-sent package options include: Estate Wedding Package: Three-night rental of the whole estate and use of our pavilion and lawn for your wedding until 10:00 p.m. (starting at $25,570). * Intimate Wedding Package: Three-night rental of the whole estate and use of the Inn grounds for your wedding and dining room for a celebratory dinner with a maximum of 16 guests (starting at $22,390). * Pink Pineapple Wedding Package: 2 nights' accommodations for the couple, use of our grounds for your wedding ceremony, and use of accommodation's lanai for a private dinner for a maximum of 18 guests (starting at $14,080) Daytime Wedding Package: Use of our pavilion, lawn, and Red Barn for your wedding until 8:00 p.m. and event day preparations (starting at $6,400).

- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- Events of 150+ guests require a coordinator, porta-potty rental, and tent rental- General liability insurance required- Main building access limited to overnight guests only- Music must end by 9:30PM- No after parties anywhere on the estate- No fireworks- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking outside only- Tent rental heavily encouraged for guest counts of 80+- Venue must approve all decorations
