Museum of Biblical Art Overview

The tone for your special event will be set the minute you arrive via limousine or carriage to the Grand Entrance with covered entry the Museum of Biblical Art. This Dallas gem offers over 30,000 square feet of event and exhibit space making it the perfect unique venue for your magical wedding. Before the ceremony you may choose to unwind in the private Library with a fireplace, a perfect cozy setting to settle any jitters you may have. For a breathtaking indoor ceremony hold it in the Atrium where 36 arched windows provides diffused light that will cast a romantic glow over your intimate exchange of vows. The Damascus Gate is a fantastic backdrop for your wedding photos and there are also several opportunities for outdoor wedding portraits. While the newlyweds take photos, guests will mingle about the museum enjoying cocktails and butler passed hors d’ouevres while discussing the interesting exhibits. For your lavish reception move on to the spacious Chagall Ballroom, lined with neo-classical pillars, which gives the room a truly regal feel. After dinner head to the hardwood floor for your first dance while you are serenaded by the sounds of the Steinway baby grand piano.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $2950 for Fridays and Sundays and $3,650 on Saturday for receptions and includes 7 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. Wedding ceremonies can be added to reception for $350.00 on Fridays and Sundays and $450.00 on Saturdays. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $421 on Fridays and Sundays and $521/hr on Saturdays. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Please inquire with the event coordinator for a ceremony only wedding.
