The Palace Arts Center Overview

Conveniently located just minutes away from Dallas Fort Worth Airport in the heart of Historic Downtown Grapevine, you'll find the beautifully restored historic Palace Arts Center the perfect venue for your wedding. This multi-use facility offers more than 15,000-square-feet for entertaining in two separate areas: the Palace Theatre and the Lancaster Theatre. You can begin the day by preparing for the festivities in the theatre’s dressing rooms, making you feel like a true star! The Palace Theatre is a breathtaking space to exchange vows. This space boasts a large stage area for your ceremony to take place while your guests watch from the 432 theatre seats. After your ceremony, sneak outside to take unique wedding portraits beneath the historic marquee. For your reception, the Lancaster Theatre can be transformed from a theatre style seating into a banquet hall style room. The brick walls of this room create a cozy ambiance while twinkling lights hang from the ceiling beams adding an elegant and romantic atmosphere. This room is the perfect place to stage a live band or DJ. You and your guests will dance the night away on the rich preserved hardwood floor.

Venue Notes

The rental fee is $1,800 for a reception and includes 8 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony only ranges from $500 to $700. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr. In-house catering by Twelve09 Catering, but you are allowed to bring in an outside caterer of your choice with an additional food service fee. All packages are customizable, please inquire with venue for more details.

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- Bar Service-client must provide a TABC qualified bartender- Bar Set up Staff-venue does not supply set up staff for client bar- Bar Supplies-not included by venue- Music must end by midnight- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking outside only- Venue must approve all decorations- Wedding coordinator required
