Bates Nut Farm Overview

Bates Nut Farm offers a beautiful country location for your next private event. This picturesque one hundred acre farm has been in the family for over 90 years, and our climate and setting make a perfect outdoor venue. Whether you are planning an intimate gathering or grand reception, we can help you to create the event of your dreams—one that you and your guests will long remember. Surrounded by lush green hedges, our event area is shaded with mature trees. It is highlighted with greenery and flowering plants, giving you a backdrop to personalize how you wish. The venue includes a stage and an expansive lawn that can accommodate both large and small groups. There are other areas around the farm that can also be used, depending on the type and size of event you are hosting.

Venue Notes

Venue Fee is $5,500 for 150 guests for a ceremony and reception. This includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. For every 8 guests past 150 guests, it is an additional $70 fee. The venue is available all months out of the year except for October. Rental fees may increase for certain peak days.

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO Beer, Wine & Champange- BYO alcohol- Beer and wine only- Event Coordinator Available For Extra Fee- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 10:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking in designated areas only
