Building 177 Overview
Located in Liberty Station, Building 177, originally the Naval Library, is now wonderfully renovated as a blank slate, modern space. The venue has grand vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, offers over 7,000 square feet of versatile space, an entry foyer, a scenic outdoor patio, and a bridal suite. The venue is open and accessible, encouraging guests to flow naturally from our scenic outdoor patio through an entry foyer and into the main hall. Building 177 comfortably hosts up to 350 guests for a seated reception. The venue rental includes use of the full venue, including an outdoor patio and prep kitchen, and a meticulously-designed bridal suite. We provide a list of fantastic required + recommended vendors for our clients to find the people, styles, and budgets they want to work with to make their dream event a reality.Venue Notes
The rental fee ranges from $5000-$8500 depending on the date of choice and season of your event. Any party with a guest count higher than 350 would be a cocktail style, standing reception.Amenities And Requirements
