The rental fee is $8,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.Amenities And Requirements

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- BYO alcohol- Choose from a list for catering- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 11:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations
