From the breathtaking beauty of the Wastach Mountains to the extraordinary heritage of this luxury resort, the Waldorf Astoria Park City is the ideal venue to create your dream wedding. Your wedding day will be truly distinctive when held in this luxurious hotel. The Grand Lobby is the ideal place for a romantic “First Look,” you can make your entrance on the curved Grand Staircase and then take intimate couple’s portraits in front of the 300 year old imported fireplace beneath Baccarat crystal chandeliers on marble floors. For a intimate indoor wedding the Presidential Suite can accommodate 60 of your guests beneath vaulted ceilings while you exchange vows in front of floor to ceiling windows that boast mountain and valley views. Guests will enjoy cocktail hour in the Frostwood Dining room, where they can mingle about the intimate space that has chocolate mohair walls and deep wood tones and during the summer months an adjoining patio. For a lavish reception the Pavilion offers the best indoor/outdoor experience with clear and retractable walls, yet still offers all the elegant amenities of a fully indoor room such as elegant chandeliers and wall drapery.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $2,500 to $5,500 for a reception and includes 5 hours of evening event time and 6 hours of daytime event time excluding set up and clean up. The fee for a ceremony is $1,000 with reception rental. Please inquire with venue coordinator for additional hours or package options.
