The Pepper Pike location is conveniently off Lander Circle, just two miles east of I-271 at Chagrin Blvd. Enjoy use of building facilities for all pre-wedding meetings and consultations, a rehearsal and ceremony. With a partial-brick exterior complimented by gorgeous white pillars, this building is perfect for photo opportunities with your new spouse and wedding party. The neutral tones of this space allow you to customize decor options to suit your taste. This venue will come to life by adding colorful florals, elegant linens and special lighting, chosen exactly to fit the wedding atmosphere you desire. The set up fee for a ceremony is $1,700 and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Please note, holidays and holiday rental fees are $2,000. Please inquire with venue for details and availability. Venue is not available on Sundays.Amenities And Requirements
