The rental fee ranges from $240 to $580 for a ceremony and reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony only wedding is $240. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $60/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
