The Petroleum Club of Houston requires a room rental fee for any non-member events. The room rental fee is $2,000 for the Petroleum Room and the room rental fee is $600 for Suite A/Aramco Room. Members and events sponsored by a member are not charged room rental fees. There is a food minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. Ceremonies are available. Please inquire with the catering and events contact for additional information. The Petroleum Club of Houston requires all wedding ceremonies and receptions to hire a wedding coordinator from a professional wedding planning company. The Petroleum Club of Houston is able to provide a professional wedding day of coordinator at the current rate of $1,500.Amenities And Requirements
