The main Conservatory boasts a premier setting for large wedding celebrations of up to 250 friends and family members. Neutral walls, dance floors, and soft modern light fixtures are perfect for any party, while smaller adjoining parlor rooms welcome more intimate groups. Relax among the dainty, petite old-world furnishings of the Historic Inn or in a different settings like the more modern feel of the Conservatory venue and Caucus Lounge. Feast on the mouthwatering catered meals of the pronounced Executive Chef. The private garden is the perfect location for an outdoor ceremony! Additionally, there are luxurious guest room accommodations for the complete wedding weekend experience. The rental fee ranges from $325 to $1245 for a reception and includes 8 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony ranges from $0 to $325 with reception rental. Our Garden Ceremony package includes an overnight stay in the Lavender Suite. The facility fee includes: all tables, chairs, china service, flatware, glassware, white linen cloths & napkins. Same rental fees apply for a ceremony only wedding. Please note, no dancing or amplified music is allowed in the Historic Inn venue, as there are guest rooms on the upper floors. Dancing with band or DJ is available in the Conservatory & Caucus Lounge venue.Amenities And Requirements
