Bass Lake Park’s Conference Room and Deck offer a beautiful and welcoming space to invite your friends and family to for your wedding ceremony and reception. Bass Lake Park provides a natural elegance for your special event. The park’s facilities and grounds are a perfect blend of sophistication and the simplicity of nature. The conference room and deck offer undisturbed views of a 54-acre lake surrounded by hardwood forest. Landscaped gardens provide blooms year-round and make for a colorful backdrop during any season. This natural setting will provide a memorable and picturesque location for you and your guests. The deck offers an expansive space for plenty of seating for your guests in addition to the charming gazebo that can easily be made even more romantic and whimsical with additional flowers and gauzy material. The celebration will easily transition from ceremony to reception in the conference room. The conference room is surrounded on three sides by glass French doors and a large veranda overlooking the lake. Bass Lake Park’s Conference Room and Deck are truly beautiful and elegant spaces for your unforgettable wedding ceremony and reception.Venue Notes
The rental fee is $105 per hour for the room and $45 per hour for the deck. There is a 3 hour minimum. There are additional fees for set up, after hours staffing, and Audio/visual equipment. A wedding package is offered which includes the room and deck from noon on Friday until noon on Sunday for $3000. The deck cannot be rented by itself. There are 3 damage deposits that are applied and refunded back to client if there are no damages. Please inquire with venue for pricing, availability and details of daytime weddings. Discounts available for residents of Holly Springs. The venue only supplies the space, tables and chairs for inside, and audio/visual equipment. Decorations, linens, caterers, ceremony chairs, etc must be provided by another vendor.Amenities And Requirements
