Nestled on the banks of the South River just minutes from downtown Annapolis, Historic London Town and Gardens is the premier waterfront venue for wedding “I Dos” and special events. Twenty-three acres of pristine gardens, historic property, and sweeping waterfront views offer a romantic atmosphere to celebrate with family and friends. Established in 1683, people have been hosting events for more than 330 years, enjoying the rustic charm of our peaceful and elegant setting. Luscious gardens provide an unparalleled backdrop of picturesque, year-round blooms. The rental fee ranges from $3,400 to $6,800 for a ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Ceremony only is not offered at our location. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Tent for outdoor receptions is unavailable in the off-peak season (December-early March). We offer a $300 discount for Friday-Sunday rentals in July and August/active duty military.Amenities And Requirements
