Bass Lake Lodge, Geauga Park District Overview
Bass Lake Preserve is a 606-acre preserve in Munson Township. It includes the 160-acre Bass Lake, a treasured natural resource in Geauga County for many generations, and Spring Brook Sanctuary, a State Nature Preserve protecting Ohio's last known indigenous population of brook trout. Bass Lake's combination shelter provides indoor/outdoor gathering areas with an outdoor fireplace and covered walkway to restrooms, perfect for a spectacular wedding day. You and your guests will enjoy water views throughout your ceremony and reception. This venue creates the perfect backdrop for wedding photos at the lake and on the grounds of this property. The lodge features a stone-lined fireplace, picnic benches and a fishing pier. Your guests can expect to feel welcome as they enjoy casual elegance during your wedding celebration. The rental fee is $100 and includes 17 hours of rental time. Please note, heat is turned on for all reservations taking place between October 15 through April 1st for an additional fee. Rental fees (not including utility fees) are waived for county residents; inquire with venue for details. Because of its close proximity to residential housing, the use of musical devices such as CD players, speakers, DJs and live bands is strictly prohibited.Amenities And Requirements
