Orchard Hills Park, Geauga Park District Overview

Orchard Hills Park is a 237-acre parcel in Chester Township. The property was formerly managed as a golf course and is ready to host your wedding. Part of the Geauga Park District, this park has recently gone through reforestation and renovation of the beautiful landscape. Hundreds of trees surround the property, giving you that true park-like wedding you’ve envisioned. Orchard Hills' new combination shelter provides indoor and outdoor gathering areas with an outdoor fireplace. Additionally, there are two open-air shelters with fireplaces to allow your guests to feel warm and invited. With picnic benches and a wooden rustic atmosphere in the lodge, your wedding will feel comfortable and relaxed. For an adventure after your wedding, there’s even after-dark sledding on the hill! Venue Notes

The rental fee is $100 for a ceremony and reception and includes 17 hours of rental time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony only wedding is $100. Please note, rental fees (not including utility fees) are waived for county residents; inquire with venue for details. Special use permit is required for bringing in rental items (i.e. chairs). Please note, heat is turned on for all reservations taking place between October 15 through April 1st; heat fee is $30 per session. Access is walk-in only.
