The rental fee is $300 for a ceremony and reception and includes 8 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time as well as use of the entire property. The fee for a ceremony-only wedding is $300. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $35/hr. A refundable security deposit of $150 is required.Amenities And Requirements
