The Delaware Contemporary Overview
The Delaware Contemporary's look is "Industrial Chic." This fun and sophisticated atmosphere, coupled with the friendly staff and caterers, promises a truly memorable wedding experience. They will provide you with effortless planning, fabulous service and delicious food surrounded by artwork on the cutting edge. The Main Lobby, the premier event space, is perfect for the celebration of your special day. The space is flexible enough to accommodate an intimate dinner event or a large gala affair. The Wings Foundation Auditorium has theatre-style seating and is the perfect backdrop for your small wedding ceremony. The museum also features seven galleries adjacent to the Main Lobby. These regularly changing exhibitions feature painting, printmaking, sculpture, crafts, photography and installation works by international, national and regional artists. Your guests will enjoy exploring the Center, full of creativity and imagination.Venue Notes
The rental fee starts at $2,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr. Extra fees apply for select holidays. Maximum capacity for a reception without a dance floor is 220 and 180 with a dance floor.Amenities And Requirements
