Lake Pines Event Center Overview

Situated on five scenic acres in East Columbus, Lake Pines is the perfect rustic setting for weddings. The 19th century buildings, native flora, stone walkways and white picket fences offer the perfect, romantic space for an unforgettable wedding celebration. On your special day, let the charming chapel’s bell toll for you. The hand-laid, stone path leads to the sanctuary where you will say your “I Dos.” Its heart pine floors, European gothic stained glass windows and intimate setting ensure a treasured moment in time for you and your guests. For larger, outdoor weddings, the Pavilion, set upon a stone-trimmed, terraced, meadow, and flanked by beds of yellow daffodils and purple crocus provides a wonderful choice. Its altar and bridal path of Georgian stone, framed by white columns and a copper-topped cupola are a spectacular outdoor setting for your vows. The Barn, another option, can easily be transformed from cozy and casual to formal elegance with crystal, crisp, white linen and lace. Stained glass windows make the twinkling lights draped along the ceiling sparkle like fireflies throughout, and they spill out onto the wisteria-covered arbor just outside. A stone fireplace and Tiffany-style lighting add to the festive mood here.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $1,200 to $1,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony-only wedding ranges from $400 to $900. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $100/hr. A refundable security deposit of $200 is required.
