The Willow Tree Overview
A sweet rustic venue awaits your special day at The Willow Tree in Tipp City, Ohio. This 1830's plantation home, barn, and surrounding grounds serve as a wonderful site for all your wedding festivities. The 5 acres of grounds consist of green lawns, floral gardens, tall trees, and a small pond with a bridge. You will have plenty of picturesque moments on this lush estate. You and your love can exchange vows outside under a floral trellis by the gardens or pond. After an elegant ceremony head to the bar for an evening of celebration. The rustic barn has an enchanting interior with wooden beams that have been wrapped with string lights. Two chandeliers hang from the high roof as well as elegantly draped fabric. The resulting effect is a cozy and extremely romantic atmosphere for you and your guests. The naturally aged barn is a great site to adorn with DIY decorations, wildflower arrangements, and candles. The rental fee ranges from $2,995 to $3,995 for a ceremony and reception and includes 14 hours of rental time excluding set up and clean up time. Same rental fees apply for a ceremony only wedding. A refundable security deposit of $300 is required. Please inquire with venue for weekday rental pricing. Venue is available April thru the first weekend in November.
