The rental fee is $2,500 for a ceremony and reception in the barn, and $2,500 for a ceremony and reception with use of the entire property including the barn. Rates are for 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of $100 is required. Please note, venue offers a variety of decorating items to use.
