The Lakehouse At Avondale Overview
The LakeHouse is where you will find the freedom to make your special occasion memorable with a personal touch. The Avondale Lake House is located just east of Atlanta, 7 miles from downtown Atlanta and 1 mile from downtown Decatur. The house accommodates 110 seated guests and 150 standing, buffet style guests. The LakeHouse features a foyer, main room with large wood dance floor and seating area where beautiful French doors open onto and outdoor patio. This patio can also accommodate a large tent. On the lakeside of the building are french doors leading to a covered porch with a magnificent view of the lake. Approximately 50 yards away, a charming gazebo that overlooks the lake is also available. Your guests will enjoy stunning lake views throughout the entire day. Whichever location you choose on the property, The LakeHouse at Avondale is the perfect setting for your new beginning.Venue Notes
The rental fee ranges from $1,250 to $3,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 12 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. Call the venue for hourly rates. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.Amenities And Requirements
