The rental fee ranges from $1,5000 to $2,5000 for ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $2000/hr. A non-refundable site package deposit is required.
