The rental fee is $700 for a ceremony and reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony only wedding is $250. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $175/hr. A refundable security deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required. An alcohol permit is required if alcohol is served onsite. A 4-hour minimum is required to rent the space.Amenities And Requirements
