Flinn Block Hall Overview
Flinn Block Hall is a beautifully restored ballroom in one of Albany, Oregon’s oldest and most lovely buildings in the Downtown Historic District. White lights sparkle from soaring overhead beams and glow on restored antique fir floors. 100-year-old brick combined with ivory walls create an elegant setting for your wedding & reception. Decorating can be simple or elaborate and always results in something special - your guests will be delighted & charmed when they arrive for the celebration you’ve created! And Flinn Block Hall is committed to remaining affordable, so you can have your romantic dream wedding without breaking the bank! Plentiful parking in free public lots located directly across the street and nearby. The daily rental fee ranges from $1990 to $2490 for a ceremony and reception, please inquire with venue for details. Hourly rental option is also available Monday-Thursday. A refundable security deposit of $400 is required. Venue allows clients to bring in their own alcohol, but must be supplied by client only and served by a licensed OLCC server.Amenities And Requirements

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors only- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- Dj's and bands okay- General liability insurance required- Liquor liability insurance required- Music must end by midnight- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking outside only- Venue must approve all decorations
