The Tabernacle Overview

The Tabernacle building has a rich and storied history, perfect for your wedding celebration. Opened in 1910 as The Broughton Tabernacle, this venue began as a church with an active congregation of over 4000 members. The congregation relocated during the mid eighties and the building lay vacant until the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games, when it was converted into a House of Blues club. After the Olympics, the building continued to operate as a music venue and is now available to host your special wedding day. Your guests will love this musical venue. With lots of space, stunning light fixtures, and an open dance floor, this location will leave you and your guests with memories to last a lifetime. With multimedia and projector screens, lighted marquee exterior, and use of their creative staff, this venue will transform into the wedding production you’ve always dreamed of. Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $7,500 to $17,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a per person food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The fee for a ceremony-only wedding with no reception ranges from $7,500 to $17,500. - Alcohol must be provided by venue- Amplified music OK indoors only- Choose from a list for catering- Event insurance required only when event is over 100 guests- Food & beverage minimum- Music must end by 2:00AM- No open flames- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Security included for guest counts under 500- Smoking outside only- Venue must approve all decorations
