You and your family and friends are invited to stay at the Inn for the duration of your festivities. This traditional white Southern structure is elegant both inside and out, and perfect to set the tone for a charming wedding. Imagine a bubbling fountain surrounded by plush gardens for your wedding ceremony. Afterwards, enjoy an elegant tented reception. Your guests will enjoy the nearby Great Room for appetizers and cocktails. This room is also a great place to display family photographs and decor in the white bookcases. The rental fee ranges from $4,900 to $5,900 for a ceremony and reception and includes 2.5 days rental time including set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony-only wedding is $500 with no reception. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required. There is no noise ordinance and the event end time is extremely flexible. The weekend wedding packages include full-access to 5-bedrooms at the bed and breakfast accommodations Friday afternoon through Sunday morning, use of the estate, gardens and pool for the entire weekend and a large white wedding tent attached to the manor. Weddings not on weekends will have the same access to the bed and breakfast including the 5-bedrooms and two night stay.Amenities And Requirements
