Fall in love with our beautiful mansion and gardens while you create the wedding of your dreams. Whatever season, whatever style, this historic home opens its doors and becomes yours for the day. Our Regency-style estate is situated on eight acres of land, with appealing lawns and borders. Dress in our romantic bridal suite. Take beautiful photos in our manicured formal garden or on the sweeping front lawn. Celebrate in our spacious Garden Wing and with ample seating for your formal dinner and celebration. The grand staircase lets photographers capture the perfect shot as you descend and light-filled first floor rooms with unique period details have views into the garden with fountain. The rental fee ranges from $3,100 to $3,500 for a weekend reception and includes 10 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. The fee for a wedding ceremony in the formal garden is $500 with reception rental. A refundable security deposit of $750 is required. Please inquire with venue for short term rentals within 120 days of event date; individual room rentals may be booked hourly for a minimum 3 hours and a maximum of 6 hours. Please note, Monday thru Thursday rental fees available upon request. There is a 20% discount applied to all rental fees during the off peak months of January through March.Amenities And Requirements
