Parker Place Overview

Host the quintessential Georgian wedding at Parker Place Events, a beautifully restored 1902 Victorian Farmhouse and Event Center in scenic Luthersville, Georgia. The property provides the perfect, intimate setting for your wedding celebration. The gorgeous home boasts stained glass windows, seven fireplaces and a wrap around porch with a Victorian Gingerbread Gazebo, a favorite among the property’s numerous ceremony sites. The property can be decorated according to your style and tastes. Arrive in storybook fashion with a plush horse and carriage, walk up the paved pathway to the gazebo on the front porch, and then exchange vows in a heartfelt front yard ceremony. While you pose for your portraits inside the house and along the property guests can sit and relax in the garden area or on the veranda in the backyard for cocktail hour. Then enjoy a delicious meal and dance the night away in an alfresco wedding reception under the stars. Or host your reception in the historic Lutherville Train Station, which is located on the property and has been completely renovated. The station features hardwood floors, exposed wooden beams, and eggshell-white walls. The owners are happy to assist you in planning the details of your special day.

Venue Notes

The rental fee is $1,800 for a ceremony and reception and includes an all day rental including set up and clean up time. Same rental fees apply for a ceremony only wedding. Please note, the client has access to the facility for the entire week to decorate. Weekdays are limited for rental. Can use an outside caterer as well with a $175 fee. Rental fees include rehearsal and time for rehearsal dinner, just food and beverage fees would apply. Please inquire with venue for more details.
