The rental fee is $3,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee starting at $250/hr. Sit down receptions can accommodate 100 guests and a cocktail style reception can accommodate up to 200 guests. Ceremonies in the theatre can accommodate 250+ guests.
