Surrounded by manicured lawns, the Mary Gay House further features a cozy outdoor patio space for outdoor ceremonies. Imagine saying ‘I do’ among your family and friends in setting marked on the National Register of Historic Place. Constructed in the 1820s, this venue features a quaint architecture and a renovated interior to comfortably accommodate your wedding day guests. Designed with a several light-filled rooms, this venue makes it easy to capture the stunning ceremony photos you always dreamed of. The rental fee ranges from $500 to $1,850 for a reception and includes 8 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time for Saturday and weekday events, 6 hours of event time excluding set up and cleanup for Sunday and Friday events an 4 hours of event time for daytime events. The set up fee for a ceremony is included with reception rental or $250/hour for a ceremony-only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr.
