The Dorothy B. Oven Park is located in the heart of more than six acres of lush North Florida gardens filled with azaleas, camellias, oaks, palms and other local flora giving the park an ambience not found elsewhere. The beautiful park is available to host your special wedding celebration. As part of The City of Tallahassee's Parks, Recreation & Neighborhood Affairs Department, this venue is truly one that feels like a destination while remaining conveniently within the city limits. Enjoy a ceremony in the lush greenery as your family and friends witness your magical moment. Afterwards, prepare for dining in The Dorothy B. Oven Park Main House or on the patio (40'x40'). The space features a classic manor-style home with rare magnolia paneling, poplar floors, antique furniture, artwork and warming kitchen facilities. The Saturday rental fee is $1,540.00 for a ceremony and reception and includes 14 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of $200 is required. Half day rentals are only available Sunday to Friday for $955.00. The deposit is refundable, via check from the City of Tallahassee’s Revenue Department (approximately 6-8 weeks after the event) provided customer does not exceed their rental time, there are no extra cleanup issues and there is no damage to the property.Amenities And Requirements

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- Music & alcohol must end by 10:00pm- Music must end by 10:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking outside only- Venue must approve all decorations
