Coeur d' Alene's Old Mission Overview

Coeur d' Alene's Old Mission State Park and the Sacred Heart Mission are the perfect setting for a magical, romantic wedding experience. The Mission of the Sacred Heart was constructed between 1850 and 1853, making it the oldest building in Idaho. The Mission and grounds provide a beautiful and tranquil location for an intimate wedding or a large, elaborate affair. The Mission is available for weddings, regardless of religious backgrounds so you and your guests will feel welcome and invited. Wedding ceremonies may be held within the Mission, which holds up to 100 guests, or in the West Courtyard where the charm of the landscape is accented by scenic vistas. Both areas provide a unique historic and sacred backdrop for your special day. The grassy front lawn creates the perfect entrance to the grand structure. The columns and paneling create a feeling of elegance, tradition and timelessness for your celebration. Gather your loved ones at Coeur d' Alene's Old Mission State Park for you special wedding day.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $300 to $1,100 for a ceremony and reception and includes 3 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Same rental fees apply for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $200/hr. A refundable security deposit of $100 is required. Please note, group use permit is required when there are more than 25 guests.
