The Legacy Event Center Overview

The Legacy Event Center, a historic facility in the heart of Lubbock, unveils special touches at every turn. From the elegant sanctuary, to the exquisite bride and groom suites, the spaces are designed perfectly for a wedding, a reception and a dance. Talkington Hall, formerly a sanctuary, features an elegant center aisle leading to a spacious stage and a world class Tschudi pipe organ. With a sound system and balcony, the space can accommodate most wedding events. The Ballroom and Parlor make an ideal setting for a reception. The Ballroom seats a large amount of guests and has a stage on which the wedding party may be seated. The adjoining Parlor, which comes complete with a working fireplace, makes a reception area especially cozy for an intimate gathering. The Ballroom and Parlor can be combined for extra space.
