In the verdant summertime, the Trail Creek Grounds and historic Cabin offer the perfect setting for your intimate celebration. Walk down an aisle of grass dotted with flowers and declare your love in a heartfelt ceremony on the spacious grassy area. Then host your reception in the elegant Trail Creek Cabin. The cabin provides you and your guests with a cozy atmosphere to continue your wedding celebration. Adding to the warmth and charm of the cabin’s historic mountain décor and rock fireplaces, the panoramic window in the main dining room offers a picture perfect view of Bald Mountain. You and your guests will indulge in a delicious catered meal as you take in the stunning views. Then toast to your new life together and dance the night away.Venue Notes
The rental fee is $4,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 16 hours of rental time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee is $1,500 for a ceremony only wedding. There is a $65 per person food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Ceremony-only price may vary based on location and guest size. Please note, venue is only available Sunday thru Thursday only and outdoor ceremonies are only available May thru October only.Amenities And Requirements

- Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Catering provided by venue- Couple can bring in cake from outside vendor with a cake cutting fee of 2.00 per person- Food & beverage minimum- Music must end by 1:00AM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking outside only- Venue must approve all decorations
